Nanhua Electronics proudly unveils its latest innovation, the Automated Remote Control Console, further enhancing its diverse product portfolio. Adhering to ISO 11064 standards, this console is engineered for control centers in semi-automated and fully automated terminals, facilitating remote crane operations for container handling. The NANHUA Remote Control Solution offers comprehensive on-site information and console data to support operators in making operational decisions and executing controls. Designed to accommodate different operator shapes and sizes, the console features adjustable leather elbow supports and a height-adjustable desktop. The 3D-printed surface includes a palm pad for optimal arm and hand support.

The console surface incorporates the main controller remote handle and five  aluminum quick-access buttons on each side. Operators can seamlessly switch between the remote handle and quick keys with minimal hand movement. Six 24” high-resolution displays offer clear views of the site and spreader status, while a 7” industrial control screen displays handle functions and supports emergency operations.

A dedicated cable routing channel automatically extends with the desk, preventing loose cables underneath. Equipment cabinets on both sides provide ample space for computer hosts and additional cables, switches, and connectors, ensuring a clutter-free workspace.

We supply modular components, including metal parts, electrical components, and software. Structural engineers handle on-site hardware assembly, while electrical engineers perform system debugging and setup. We regularly calibrate handle accuracy and test the connectivity of control buttons.
