Nanhua Electronics, the leader in industrial alarm systems, has introduced the self-contained LYE series, expanding its diverse range of products. The product is designed to illuminate exit paths during emergencies, aiding in egress route identification.
The product can withstand harsh environmental conditions, operating seamlessly within a wide temperature range spanning from as low as -20℃ to as high as 55℃. Its vibration resistance has been rigorously tested across three axes (X, Y, Z) to ensure optimal stability and reliability even under challenging circumstances.
Soft lighting with uniform brightness
The laser-dotted PMMA panel possesses high light transmittance and excellent reflectivity, effectively reducing reflection and diffuse reflection. The reflective material on the back of the PMMA panel further enhances the brightness and uniformity of the light.
Impact- and corrosion-resistant
The advanced laser cutting technology ensures the precise surface patterns, and maintains the overall strength and stability of the housing. Furthermore, surface spraying treatment makes it waterproof, dustproof, corrosion-resistant, and anti-oxidant, suitable for various complex industrial environments.

The LYE series allows real-time monitoring of the battery's voltage and current temperature, preventing issues such as overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, battery foaming and short circuits, thus allowing optimal performance.The product also features intelligent charging management that maximizes the battery's lifespan by controlling the charging current and voltage.
Multiple circuit protection measures
Adopting over-discharge protection circuit, AC/DC circuit design, and dedicated boost constant current chip, can prevent potential risks such as leakage and electric shock. The product automatically adjusts the boost ratio based on battery level changes to ensure consistent LED brightness and stable lighting effects, even in low battery conditions.
Rapid emergency response
In the event of a power outage, the LYE series swiftly switches to emergency lighting mode in less than 1 second, ensuring clear visibility during emergencies.
