In January, NANHUA commenced the year by securing three utility model patents and earning the prestigious title of Jiangsu Province Private Technology Enterprise. Simultaneously, strides were made in enhancing production efficiency and product quality with the introduction of fully automatic printing machines in the PCBA workshop.
In February, The company welcomed inspections on product quality from the Future R&D Department and the Quality Department, affirming its commitment to excellence. Additionally, NANHUA hosted leaders from the ZPMC Spare Parts Department, fostering collaborative exchanges. Notably, in the month, we were honored with the "2023 Innovative Enterprise Award" and obtained "Specialized, special, and new" enterprise certification.
In March, NANHUA firmly believes in giving back to the community and being a responsible corporation. NANHUA donated linear lights to a primary school in Panama; LF30K series floodlights to the company campus for more bright and comfortable illumination; LYK emergency work lights to the Shanghai Huangpu Zique Rescue Team during the Turkish earthquake.Furthermore, we unveiled new products, including the HL80 series high mast light, LF80 series floodlight, and ABC16 series spreader indicator.
In April, NANHUA actively participated in industry events such as AGMA CHINA and the Beijing-Qingdao International Urban Rail Transit exhibition, showcasing its commitment to innovation and collaboration. Notably, the China Merchants Port (South China) Management Center visited NANHUA for mutual exchanges, further strengthening partnerships. Additionally, the company welcomed a new Quality Director, augmenting its leadership team.
In May,NANHUA launched the FAR3 series, a new generation of ice-free ultrasonic wind sensors, unveiling them at the SNEC 2023, underscoring its dedication to advancing technology and market presence.
In June, June was challenging for NANHUA, as we received feedback on after-sales issues from multiple projects. The Sales Director personally led the team and promptly organized engineers and after-sales colleagues to go to the site to solve clients’ issues. Although the process was arduous, the sincerity and resilience of the NANHUA team ultimately brought a successful resolution to the after-sales issues.
In July, NANHUA hosted the sixth meeting of the fifth session of the Crane & Conveyors Trade Association of Shanghai at its Taicang facility, further establishing itself as a hub for industry collaboration and knowledge sharing. Additionally, organizational adjustments were made, with the transfer of the After-sales Department to Nanhua Electronics (Taicang) Co., Ltd. Furthermore, the company invested in employee development by providing customized EMC design training, enhancing competencies and fostering growth.
In August, NANHUA achieved a historic milestone in production, with its LED linear light production team achieving a record-breaking monthly output of 13,179 units at the Taicang factory, reflecting the company's dedication to operational excellence and efficiency.
In September, NANHUA continued to prioritize product quality by introducing pressure resistance testing and air tightness testing technologies at the Taicang factory, ensuring the superior performance and reliability of its products.
In October, NANHUA expanded its product portfolio with the official launch of the LR09S solar warning beacon, further diversifying its offerings and catering to evolving market needs. Additionally, NANHUA showcased its latest innovations at both CWP 2023 and TOC America exhibitions, demonstrating its commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
In November, NANHUA engaged in meaningful exchanges with global industry experts at the TOC ASIA event, facilitating knowledge sharing and networking opportunities. Despite encountering quality issues with suppliers’ power switch, NANHUA shouldered its responsibility actively. Leaning the lesson, we planned to roll out a supplier system to enhance supply chain management and prevent such issues from recurring.
In December, NANHUA concluded the year on a high note with significant technological advancements, including the launch of the PAPG2 PLC communication system, marking a milestone in the rail transit industry. Additionally, visual upgrades were made to the LF46 series LED floodlights, enhancing their aesthetic appeal and functionality. The Taicang factory further enhanced its manufacturing capabilities by upgrading its CNC machining center from 3-axis to 4-axis, enabling higher precision and efficiency. NANHUA successfully wrapped up its participation in the Marintec China 2023 exhibition, further solidifying its position as an industry leader in maritime lighting solutions.
In January, The Rail Transit Department was established, a building block for exploring new markets.At the beginning of the year, more than 20 people passed the assessment and joined the big family of Nanhua Electronics officially.Nanhua Electronics(Taicang) Company implemented a barcode system in the warehouse and the intelligent management increased working efficiency greatly.
In February, The newly-decorated Shanghai Sales Center and R&D Center were officially put into use.Nanhua Electronics was awarded the Technology Progress Award during the yearly Nanxiang Town Outstanding Enterprise Commendation Conference.
In March, Nanhua Electronics(Taicang) Company is certified in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the Quality System.The escalating epidemic caused disruptions to the materials supply, leading to the delay in delivery. All departments actively responded to this challenge.
In April, Shanghai Puxi implemented a lockdown as the wider efforts to combat coronavirus effective from 3:00 am of April 1 Beijing time. Nanhua Electronics encouraged employees to work from home and distributed anti-epidemic gift packs to employees.On April 28, Nanhua Electronics(Taicang) Company was approved to resume production in the form of closed-loop management.
In May,The Shanghai office introduced a remote working policy.In the month, logistic restrictions still put a strain on order fulfillment.The maintenance project of aviation obstruction lights was successfully completed and customers gave us excellent evaluations.
In June, Shanghai municipality ended the two-month citywide lockdown and Nanhua Electronics started resuming offline work.On June 6, Nanhua Electronics conducted a management review to evaluate the half-year performance with a focus on quality management and operational indicators.Nanhua Electronics carried out promotional activities of 9 alarms only for a limited time to accelerate the resumption of business.
In July, The operation meeting reiterated the importance of product quality control.Xujiahui Center T1 project and Nanhua Aviation Obstruction Lights completed the final checks.Nanhua Electronics introduced new innovative LED Emergency Linear Light LY34 featuring super brightness of 6000lm.Nanhua Electronics officially launched the Customer Relationship Management system to realize the automation of marketing, sales, service and other activities.

In September, Nanhua Electronics carried out training on Eight Disciplines Methodology (8D) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to improve employee performance. The Rizhao Port Wind Speed Monitoring Project completed the final checks.
In October, Nanhua Medium Intensity Obstruction Lights LM100 received the L-864(L) and L-885(L) test reports from the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA).Nanhua Electronics carried out training on Geometry Product Specifications (GPS).
In November, Nanhua Electronics adjusted the Sales Department structure: the Customer Service Department was changed to the Marketing Department, the Wind Power Business Department was changed to the Energy Department, and the Electric Power and Telecommunications Business Department was changed to the Aviation Lighting Business Department.

The Taicang factory was reorganized, and a series of new machinery and processes were introduced to enhance the overall production efficiency and quality stability of the production lines. In January, the customer service department was established to carry out order standardized management by working together with ERP system. The email system was upgraded to Tencent EXMAIL which can direct to access to Wecom. In the same month, new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Shanghai.
In February, the epidemic was spread, NANHUA extended the holidays and employees work from home. On February 14th, the application of getting back to work was approved, the first batch 26 employee could get back to work in the company. Till the end of this month, total 117 employees got back to work and production capacity was resumed 30%.
In March, KPMG completed the financial audit and issued the audit report. Due to the impact of the epidemic, NANHUA faced products delivery problems which caused by lack of workers and cash flow difficulty. All employees work together with company to overcome the challenge. In the same month, NANHUA won the title of AAAAA Supplier Award for four consecutive years and Long-term Cooperation Award from GOLDWIND.
In April, NANHUA Electronics related trademarks were included on the second batch of key trademark protection lists of Jiading District, Shanghai. In the same month, NANHUA was awarded the high mast lights supply projects of Xiamen Airport and Fuzhou Airport. This is the new airport contract awarding after lighting retrofitting project of Hefei Airport in 2019.
In May, NANHUA signed the strategic framework agreement with MOONS', cooperated to develop intelligent control drive system. NANHUA launched new series high-power audible and visible alarm AL120 and modular LED linear lights WPM series in the same month.
In June, NANHUA launched DT80 series VOIP paging and intercom system. And NANHUA passed the factory audit by SANY Heavy Energy, a subsidiary of SANY Group.
In July, NANHUA held second sales person speech competition, which lasted for two months and fully displayed the professional style of salesmen. In this hot summer, GOLDWIND delivered cool Xinjiang cantaloupe to us.
In August, the construction and decoration of NANHUA Electronics Taicang factory were completed, and carried out the acceptance of fire protection system. Production orders continue to rise, HR&Admin department provide Haagen Dazs ice cream for all staff. In the same month, NANHUA won the Aviation obstruction lights project of 500kV transmission and transformation of Shanxi Electric power, a State Grid company.
In September, NANHUA signed a framework agreement with Wistron to build intelligent factory, started intelligent construction of NANHUA Taicang factory. NANHUA set up a independent After-sales service department in the same month, which comprehensively improve the after-sales service quality. NANHUA started to supply products to XCMG in bulk.
In October, NANHUA attend New International China Wind Power in Beijing.
In November, NANHUA attend Bauma China 2020. Production orders continue to increase, company got heavy task of products delivery.
In December, NANHUA launched new product AL115 series tower signal lights. The productions orders reached the maximum production capacity of NANHUA Shanghai company, supply chain and production department were facing great challenges.
