NANHUA Electronics (Taicang) Co., Ltd., as the manufacturing base, has a registered capital of 15 million USD, covers an area of 35 acres, and has a building area of 30,000 square meters, with over 200 employees. It is a modern factory that integrates office and production functions.

The Taicang manufacturing plant uses a fully static management system for the building structure and flooring. It has a constant temperature and humidity PCBA workshop, introduces semi-automated production lines and corresponding robotic equipment, and adds injection molding and precision CNC machining equipment.

The plant also features a 1,500-square-meter in-house laboratory capable of conducting precise optical testing (HASS2000, GO2000, GO-HD5 light, color, and electrical testing systems), EMC testing (surge, electrostatic, group pulse, etc.), automotive testing (electrical and electronic component power environment testing, power line electrical transient conduction testing), electrical safety testing, temperature shock testing, thermal testing, high and low temperature alternating humidity testing, salt mist corrosion resistance testing, IP protection level testing, vibration resistance testing, and more. Additionally, it has a wind tunnel for wind speed and direction detection at 70 m/s.
